As a member of the School Facility Manufacturers Association, you and your firm will be in a unique position to direct the future of the modular building industry all the while expanding your business through networking opportunities. Your membership with SFMA will further benefit the modular building industry at large by providing a stronger, collective voice when advocating the industry's interests to state agencies, the State Legislature and the Governor.

SFMA will provide you access to business colleagues and decision makers through a number of business and social events coordinated by the organization.

SFMA General Membership meetings will offer you up-to-date information regarding industry news, legislation and regulation, as well as give you the opportunity to network with key business partners. You will have access to state agency officials ranging from the Division of the State Architect, to the Department of Education to the Office of Public School Construction.

SFMA's Annual Conference offers you the same opportunity to stay abreast of industry changes and news, but also provides you with social atmospheres to foster those ever-important business relationships.

SFMA provides a strong, unified voice for private firms in the modular building industry that serve California's education system by providing cost-effective and construction-efficient buildings to the state's numerous school districts. The organization actively lobbies represented by Murdoch, Walrath & Holmes - the State Legislature, California's Governor and various related state agencies to ensure that the industry's interests are maintained and pursued.

SFMA modular buildings are approved by the Division of the State Architect and meet earthquake and safety standards of the Field Act.
